Hereunder the organiser of event named "ISLA Annual Virtual Event 2020" (the “Event Organiser”), has stipulated an ‘Additional Privacy Policy’ that will be their own responsibility to which HeySummit will have no liability or connection. These additions will be separate to those of HeySummit and the Customer may or may not agree to those at the Customer’s own risk. Any additions thereof will by no means supersede or invalidate HeySummit’s Privacy Policy, but HeySummit will not be responsible for any result both directly or indirectly caused by the Customer’s agreement of the Event Organiser’s Additional Privacy Policy and/or its clause(s).

We also retain some of your information, which is anonymized, as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations and to continue to develop and improve the Services. Where we retain information for Service improvement and development, we take steps to eliminate information that directly identifies you, and we only use the information to uncover collective insights about the use of our Services, not to specifically analyze personal characteristics about you.

2.3. To provide, personalize, and improve our advertising and marketing
Send you promotional messages, marketing, advertising, and other information that may be interested to you based on your preferences (including information about THE SWITCH campaigns and services) and social media advertising through social media platforms. Personalize, measure, and improve our advertising. For marketing activities performed by our partners, provided that you gave us relevant consent. We will process your personal information for the purposes listed in this section given our legitimate interest in undertaking marketing activities to offer you products or services that may be of your interest. We collect information globally and store that information in the The Netherlands and USA cloud servers. We transfer, process and store your information outside of your country of residence, to wherever we or our third-party service providers operate for the purpose of providing you the Services. Whenever we transfer your information, we take steps to protect it.
